Roberta “Robbie” Baylor (Class of 2017) was presented with the Local Leadership Award at the 2018 West Virginia Brownfields Conference held at the Charleston Civic Center September 5-7.

Candidates for the Leadership West Virginia program must complete an application in its entirety in order to be considered.
