Pat Kelly is the CFO and Vice-President of Shared Services for the West Virginia Hospital Association. Prior to this position, Pat served as the CEO of the West Virginia Health Care Association, office managing partner of a large regional law firm and General Counsel to the Governor of West Virginia. He earned a B. S degree in Businesses Administration with a concentration in finance from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the West Virginia University College of Law.
